How do I build my marketplace?
Once you're signed up, invite the professionals you trust, contractors, cleaners, trainers, accountants, anyone whose work you'd personally recommend. When they accept your personal link invite, they appear in your marketplace. Share your referral link with friends so they can see who you recommend and connect their own marketplace with yours.
How do I see who my friends recommend?
Send a friend request to people you know inside the app or with your personal link. Once connected, you can browse each other's marketplaces and see every professional they trust. The more friends you connect with, the richer your network of trusted recommendations becomes.
Can I add a professional my friend recommends to my own marketplace?
Yes, and that's one of the best parts. If a friend has a pro you want to save, you can add them to your own marketplace too. Send them an Invite. Your network grows every time your circle does.
Who can see my marketplace?
Your marketplace is visible to friends you've connected with inside the app and anyone you've shared your personal referral link with. It's relationship-based, not public like a review site.
How do I invite a professional to my marketplace?
Share your personal referral link directly with any professional you want to list. When they sign up through your link, they'll appear in your marketplace automatically. You can also find the invite option on their profile inside the app when searching people.
Can I remove a professional from my marketplace?
Yes. Simply tap the X on their profile to remove them. You can also block any member through your settings if needed.
How does messaging work?
You can message any professional listed in your marketplace or a friend's marketplace directly through the app. You'll also receive notifications when a friend reaches out to one of your listed professionals, keeping you in the loop on your network's activity.

What does it cost to be listed as a professional?
Absolutely nothing. Joining as a professional is 100% free. No subscription fees, no per-lead charges, no transaction fees. You grow your business purely through the trusted relationships you've already built.
How do I get listed in members' marketplaces?
The best way is to ask the clients and friends who already know your work. Let them know about the app and ask them to list you in their marketplace and share their referral link. When they do, you become visible to their entire network of friends, warm referrals from people who trust the person recommending you.
What should I say to past clients to get listed?
Keep it simple and genuine. Something like: "If you enjoyed working with me, I'd love it if you added me to your Refer a Friend marketplace and shared it with your friends. It's free, takes two minutes, and is the best way to help a small business grow."

How many marketplaces can I be listed in?
As many as you earn. Every client or friend who lists you adds you to their network. There's no cap, the more people who vouch for you, the more visible you become across the platform.
Can I see how my referrals and visibility are performing?
Yes. Your analytics dashboard inside the app shows your activity, connections, and how your presence is growing across marketplaces. Use it to understand where your referrals are coming from and how your network is expanding. Use the jobs tab when you complete work to track revenue generated from referrals.

What kinds of professionals can be listed?
Any service professional you'd personally recommend, contractors, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, photographers, accountants, personal trainers, tutors, real estate agents, and more. If you'd refer them to a friend, they belong in your marketplace.
Why is this better than just posting in a neighborhood group or searching online reviews?
Online reviews come from strangers. Neighborhood group responses are random and unverified. Refer a Friend App shows you who the people you already trust actually use and recommend, that's a fundamentally different level of confidence. Is my personal information safe?
Yes. For privacy and security, last names are never displayed on the platform. The app is relationship-based by design, you control who sees your marketplace and who you connect with.
How do the My Friends and My Professionals sections work together?
My Friends shows everyone you're connected with inside the app. My Professionals is your personal curated marketplace of trusted pros. Together they create your referral network, you can browse a friend's professionals, add ones you trust, and give your friends access to yours.
